SMS terms

Effective October 5, 2026. These terms apply to the IRG assistant SMS program.

The Insight Research Group (IRG) assistant messaging program provides responses to your requests, appointment logistics, and updates about a task you asked IRG to assist with. It sends no promotional messages under this program.

Optional participation

Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt in by texting START to (628) 277-8818 after reviewing these terms and the SMS privacy notice. Sending unrelated correspondence, supplying a phone number, or agreeing to a phone call does not enroll you in ongoing SMS updates.

Rates, frequency, and help

Message frequency varies with your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact richard@insightresearch.group. If you opt out, you may receive one confirmation of that request; subsequent program messages stop. You may opt in again by replying START.

Messages may be prepared or answered using AI. Contact IRG using the email above when you need assistance from a person.

Delivery and sensitive information

Delivery depends on your carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this service for emergencies or send authentication codes, payment credentials, or sensitive medical information.
