SMS privacy notice

Effective October 5, 2026. This notice applies to the IRG assistant SMS program.

Insight Research Group (IRG) uses SMS to respond to requests and coordinate the task or appointment for which you agreed to receive messages.

Information used for the service

We collect your mobile number, your messages, consent and opt-out records, and delivery information needed to provide this service. IRG's authorized staff and service providers process this information to deliver messages, manage requests, maintain security, and honor your preferences. An AI assistant may help prepare or respond to a message.

Mobile information and consent

We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties except service providers that support delivery and operation of this messaging service, or where disclosure is required by law. A service provider's access does not authorize it to use your consent for its own marketing.
